Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us and we make every effort to provide you with a pleasant and safe cruising experience. We understand that changes to your plans may occur and that is why we have established a flexible cancellation policy:

Free Cancellation:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the cruise. In this case, the amount you have paid will be refunded in full using the same payment method. 

Cancellation for part of the total number of people in the original reservation:
In the event that one or more of the people in the original reservation wish to cancel their place, and provided that the information has been provided 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the cruise, the amount corresponding to the person will be refunded to you using the same payment method after contacting you.

Cancellations within 24 hours before departure:
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before departure, the payment is not refundable, as cancellation is not covered by the refund policy.
